Review of John Deere 2032R compact tractor after 175 hours over roughly 3 years. I believe this to be the "Swiss Army Knife" of compact tractors as it is extremely versatile yet powerful. Purchasing and sizing considerations, what I purchased, 3 things I like, 3 things I don't like, and considerations that changed 3 years later. This is the same tractor as the John Deere 2038R just 6hp less. Of the 2 series John Deere compact tractors, the 2032R is found between the 2025R and the 2038R. See below John Deere 2032r videos and review of other compact tractor attachments
Here are more than 5 Must Haves that every new tractor buyer should consider before leaving the dealership. This is based on my 4 years of ownership... Things I got and loved and things I wished I had done at the time of the deal. I believe most of these are relevant to all compact tractors, not just John Deere.
Whether you call them hidden, forgotten, or poorly explained, I will share 5 features and 2 tips that will help you get more from your compact tractor's front end loader (FEL). Additionally I demonstrate the John Deere Hydraulic Quick Disconnect on the 220R Front End Loader. This is based on my 4 years of ownership...
Whether you call them hidden, forgotten, or poorly explained, I will share 5 features and 2 tips that will help you get more from your compact tractor. I demonstrate these features on the John Deere 2032R (2038R). TI learn something new all the time on these tractors and enjoy sharing with others to help advance their enjoyment of these great machines...
Our cheapest and most used attachment on our 3 John Deere Compact Tractors. We use it on the #JohnDeere 1025R, John Deere 2032R (2038R), and our John Deere 4052R. It is the Tractor Drawbar with Suitcase Weight Brackets | 2" Receiver | CAT 1 3-Point trailer hitch from Titan Attachments and only costs $150. It is iMatch and Quick Hitch compatible and we use it all the time around our property.
Not a kid's toy; the John Deere 270B backhoe performs to expectations on my John Deere 2032R (2038R) compact tractor and is easy enough for an 8 year old to operate. Hear what I like, don't like, projects I use it for, and see it in action.
John Deere compact tractor owners, take caution. There is a frequent reoccurrence of loose axle bolts on the John Deere 2, 3, and 4 Series tractors. I personally experienced it on my 2017 2032R... Check those bolts often and mark them so you can keep an eye on them. This playlist takes you from the point John Deere was not acknowledging the issue through to when they proactively reached out to me to fix my tractor for free and opened a DTAC number for other to also receive service. This issue is documented in a number of other forums.
What's the best way to mow around a pond? Here is my experience, my challenges, and my review and demonstration of the Titan AGL 125 48" Offset Flail Ditch Bank Mower using my John Deere 2032R (2038R) compact tractor. Ten minute install of the Load-N-Go attachment (model BXX-10354) on the John Deere 72D mid-mount mower that I run on my John Deere 2032R compact tractor... This Load-N-Go attachment also fits the 2038R and select 3 series John Deere compact tractors. These ramps replace the original drive over ramps on the John Deere 72D mower deck. The Load-N-Go allows the compact tractor owners to pick up the mower deck with the loader arms making maintenance easy.
Are CountyLine box blades from Tractor Supply any good? 5 Stars is how I rate the County Line 5' Box blade after giving it a thorough workout attached to my John Deere 2032R compact tractor. In this review we put both the 2032R compact tractor and the County Line box blade, made by Tarter, to the test by grading the driveway, cutting in a creek crossing and cleaning up some trails in the woods. The CountyLine box blade easily attaches to my John Deere 2032R using the iMatch Quick Attach.
Using my new Hud-Son Uniforest 35M Forestry PTO Skidding Winch on my John Deere 2032R compact tractor to skid my first logs to be cut on the Wood-Mizer LT35 portable sawmill. Still lots to learn, but definitely going to make retrieving logs much simpler. I purchased my Hud-Son Uniforest 35M Forestry PTO Skidding Winch from Tom, Judy, and Mark at Brownwood Sales and Forestry Equipment in Columbus, Ohio. Their service and support has been fantastic. Hud-son Forest Equipment imports these winches from Slovenia.
Josh reviews the CountyLine 5 foot rotary tiller from Tractor Supply and uses it on his garden and then to prep a foodplot back in the woods. The County Line 5 foot Rotary Tiller is the perfect size for the John Deere 2032R and 2038R compact tractors. It would also work on any other compact tractor between 25-50HP such as Massey Ferguson, Kubota, RK Tractors, and Mahindra. The CountyLine Rotary Tiller is perfect for cultivating, aerating, and stirring up soil for gardens, food plots, and other tillage needs.

Clearing 8" of snow on a hilly gravel driveway using the John Deere 2032R / 2038R compact tractor and the 220R front end loader. There has to be a better way. After about 90 minutes of slipping and sliding I got it done but I need some advice and tips for a better approach. Snowblower? Back blade? More ballast? Snow plow blade? Snow pusher? Curious what the best approach for a gravel driveway with steep hills. Let us know your thoughts!
Plowing snow with the John Deere 2032R was greatly improved by adding ballast using the the John Deere 270B backhoe. Thanks for all the advice and suggestions. Edge tamers on order from http://www.R2Manufacturing.com and will most likely fill the tires and add chains. But for today its just gonna be the loader the backhoe at work.
